Service Representative - 401(k) Implementation

Overview:
Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for one or more Paychex retirement products.
Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Delivers quality service to new Paychex clients via phone, email, and other avenues for the Retirement Services divison Processes tasks or documentation in collaboration with other teams within the Retirement Services department Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of Paychex retirement products including but not limited to 401(k) Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization
Qualifications:
REQUIRED Client service or support role - 1 year Problem solving or troubleshooting skills - 1 year Data entry or case documentation - 1 year Comfort learning new technology & navigating multiple programs PREFERRED Administrative experience Retirement or financial services industry experience Recommended Skills Administration Claim Processing Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Data Entry Enterprise Application Software Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
