03 Months (Possible extension/Hire)JOB DESCRIPTIONUnder a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for retirement products in the 401(k) Client Service Center.
Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and participant and client claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
-Handles inbound calls from active and terminated participants/employees of Retirement Services clients-Provides education on retirement products,policies and procedures, or IRS guidelines and regulations-Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams within the Retirement Services department-Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of retirement products-Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce/Upstream, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS-Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization
Qualifications:
-Research and problem solving skills-Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask across multiple screens-Contact center or call center experience - preferred-Client or customer service experience - preferred-Education will be considered in lieu of experience-Ability to train and work on-site in West Henrietta, NYAbout US Tech Solutions:
